Check out this story my husband sent me about a dog named Phos who was rescued as a puppy by British soldiers in Afghanistan. Phos was rescued at six weeks of age when his mother disappeared. Now that their unit is ready to leave Afghanistan, the soldiers are trying to raise funds to bring Phos home with them. He’s cute, too!
